Help e-mail set up in Incredimail

Hi my Domain name is www.eezymortgage.com. I am having a problem trying to get my e-mail to work in incredimail. I have done everything that I have read and it is not working it is saying incoming server problems. The email address is info@eezymortgage.com what I read I am supposed to put for the incoming server mail.info@eezymorgage.com and for the outgoing the same. I have tried everthing .....HELP please !!

1)Delete, udo and erase everything you have doen sofar, lets create the emaill acount from scratch.

both incoming and outgoing 99% of the time are...

mail.eezymortgage.com

Do not use the @ symbol

I have tried it from scratch it still says failed to connect to the incoming server I did not use the @ just mail.eezymortgage.com

Hey Cheryl: I don't know anything about incredimail, but I assume you watched the tutorial?

Are you using your isp for your outgoing mail or your vodahost account?
