I am getting the following error messages 0x800CCC0B while sending email from my outlook express.The problem resolves once i disconnect from the internet and connect again or restart my computer.

I have faced this problem while using different computers and different ISP, any ideas?
You might need to reinstall your modem, clean and fix your registry in your computer, this needs to be done sometimes to keep your computer a bit clean, because you can never get a 100% clean computer :)

Also try calling the tech. support department of your ISP, chances are you are not the only person in your area with this issue...they might have a work around for you.
