Thread: webmail problems

hi

i've created a new email account in outlook express but i thought i could access the same account through webmail. but when i open the webmail and click on neomail it opens my inbox but there are no messages there despite having sent ones to that address.
please help

Is Outlook Express set to leave a copy of the message on the server? If not, the message is downloaded to your machine and deleted from the server.
