Thread: Smtp?

Hello. I asked this question a while ago with no answers. I did read and watch the tutorials on email but still don't understand why mail isn't going or coming. It says I need to "enable SMTP authentication in your email client". I thought I followed all the instructions....guess I missed something. Please guide me instead of sending me to another tutorial. Thanks!!!

There is nothing more really we can do besides send you to a tutorial. It covers everything. Please watch them again.

Also.....

1) Did you set up your email accounts in your control panel first.
2) Did you set up your pop & SMTP as mail.YourDomain.com

I am having the same problems. the tutorial gives directions for Outlook 2002. I have outlook 2000. The dialog boxes aren't the same and i cant tell where to put what. Do you have one giving info for the Outlook 2000 setup?
