Thread: Email bounces in outlook

I've used my email in outlook for ages and never had any problems until now. Ever since I've changed the nameservers to vodahost outlook keeps bouncing emails sent to me. I've set up outlook with the new account name and password that vodahost sent me.

My friend said the problem could be that outlook remembers my previous settings.

What can I do?

hmmm. Did you create your email account in the Control panel?

I've sorted the problem out. I'm very new to this. I realised that I had to set the account up in control panel. Thanks for your help
