Thread: Email Assistance

Hi! I have an email problem...I set up my email address using Outlook. I typed in all the stuff, username, POP stuff etc. etc.

I got it working and i sent an email to my other email address, and it worked! Went back on it to send another and it didnt even send. Then i went on my other email address to send an email to my domain one,,,and it says 'Post master failed delivery.' My email is mail@focalpointpictures.co.uk (i think) can anyone help me, thanks.

If you are trying to send and receive emails via outlook the incoming and outgoing address to the server should be mail.focalpointpictures.co.uk not mail@focalpointpictures.co.uk
