Can I direct an incoming mail to 2 accounts?
For example: an email incoming to john@question.com, directed to john@question.com, and to copy@question.com
Is it possible?

John we do something like this in my office, where emails come into one email address and we forward a copy to another email address. (not sure if it’s the best way but it works well for us)
Firstly make sure that the email addresses are in address book of each PC.
Working from the PC where john@question.com is set up and if you are using Microsoft Outlook.
Go to Tools (at the top)
Rules & Alerts
New Rule
Start from Blank Rule
Click Next
Select from people or distribution list
Apply this rule after the message arrives from
Then Click people or distributions list
Select on contact john@question.com then OK it
Then Click Next
Then forward it to people or distribution list as and attachment
Click on people and distribution list select the recipient copy@question.com
Then OK it
Then Finish
This will mean John@ will get the original message and copy@ will get a copy
Hope this helps
Darren
PS we are using outlook 2003, but the set up should be fairly similar
Itīs a good idea! Thank you!!!
