    Question sending emails in OE

OK, so maybe this is an elementary question but I have never used email in my personal (not business related) website but I want to start.

Can I set up my Outlook Express to be able to send and receive emails from my website PLUS still use Outlook Express as my personal email for family, friends, etc. not related to my website?

If I follow the Voda tutorial for setting up Outlook Express, will that affect how my other emails come into my inbox? Will emails addressed to my Voda website email address come to my Outlook Express?

    Thanks for any input.

Shirley you can get them all in outlook as each acct is set up seperately. Yes your website mail will come straight to outlook on your desktop.

    Karen,

Is there a limit to how many addresses you can have in Outlook? I'm looking at starting a membership. If I get a few thousand members, can
Outlook handle that kind of volume??

    Thanks!!

LOL.. well ya it could but theres easier ways to do that. You should look into a paid mail service for that many emails going out so you dont get nailed for spam. It will handle your groups, your email, your newsletters etc etc. But at the start ya.. you could make a group folder and keep track of them in outlook.

    Karen,

When I create a Group...is there a way you omit their email addresses
from showing in the To: Line?? on my outgoing email...I would rather it
just show the group name to protect privacy.
