hey, how can i find someone's IP address from an email recieved in webmail? i have a person giving our site problems and want to block them. i know how to block IP addresses but i dont know how to actually find the address

what if it's sent from a form in my website? not from an actual email program? i clicked on message source and it doesnt have any specific details about the person? can i get any more specific info? thanks for replying btw :) jess

| Hi Jesse try it this way. If it is a contact us page...go to your control panel and go to awstats....from there check your pages and see if there is any ip addresses from there...try to match up the time frame from when the message was sent and that may help you a bit. Hope that helps any.
