Hi all, I just know this is going to be one of my "DUH" moments but here goes my question anyway! I'm wanting to set-up an e-mail account in c-panel for a website I'm working on. I will be using an autoresponder also(although I haven't gotten that far yet). Anyway I'm having a problem naming the e-mail account. It's an add-on domain www.moneymakinginfosite.com, when I try to name it Jerryl@moneymakinginfosite.com and click on create I'm told "Sorry, the ":username:"(local part) can only contain alpha,numeric,periods,-hyphens _underscore characters" Please keep in mind I'll be setting up Aweber Autoresponder(just in case you foresee more problems I may encounter). I was also wondering if I should use the BlueVoda opt-in form or Aweber's? Thanks for all your help as always, Jerryl account id #21790 |

J., When adding a new email account you would fill in the empty box with " jerryl " (no quotes) the rest of the address is selected from the next box/drop down list. If you are entering " Jerryl@moneymakinginfosite.com " that is the problem. Just enter " jerryl "
