    Default email setup not so user friendly need some help

    I am a first time user and I have changed everything according to the instructions given to me. I can send out find but can't receive. I keep getting error can't locate server. I am using mail.cellularworx.ca for both incoming and out going. i have check off authentication still nothing. How long does it take for VodaHost to actually setup the account. is there a 24- 72 hour delay since i am only changing the DNS at my registers and i just activated today. I have contacted my regesters and everything is a go they have told me it is all on Voda's side now. some help would be greatfully apprieciated.

    Hi .. yes, if you are a new customer your account can take up to 48 hours depending how it was you paid for your account ..
