Autoresponder problem

Hello

I have a form on one of my site's pages
http://limpopo-nsk.ru/kindergarten_information_form.php
When the form is submitted it is sent to an email address information@limpopo-nsk.ru
Till now all works o.k.
My question is how do I set up a autoresponder to be sent to the email address provided within the form.
