Thread: windows mail (vista) is putting my bv mail into junk mail box

for some reason that is probably just too obvious for me (Mr. Obvious), after creating a feedback page and finally getting everything (i thought) right, my windows mail (vista) put all the feed back test pages into the junk mail folder (to avoid phishing it says)
anyone got a clue ?

Add the email address used by bv (and any other messages it is incorrectly putting into the wrong folder) into the safe senders section. Then you should also be able to add any additional rules (i.e. "mark as", "move to", "reply to", etc.)

in windows mail (vista) i played around and found tools>synchronize
bingo !
will go back and look for the other things you mentioned.
