About LinkBacksI am using Outlook Express. There is no problem to receive mails, but can not send emails. what is wrong?

I think some ISP needs their own SMTP.
Better you go to email account in the SMTP server information,
you change it. may be you must have mail.yourdomainname.com
Change it to smtp.your ispinfo
