Exclamation Receiving emails to Outlook Express but can't sent.

I set up our outlook express email today and I can receive emails to my account but I get this error when I try to send them:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'Green Turf Irrigation, Inc.', Server: 'mail.greenturfirrigationinc.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

This means you have to use your ISP information for outgoing mail. This is an attempt to block spam going thru the server.

you will need to contact them for the information to put into the outgoing mail.
