Thread: not receiving email

When I check cPanel email setup it says that two of my accounts show a few hundred K's of use but when I try to read my email thru webmail there is nothing there. I have also tried thru a client that connects properly but says no new messages. I have even sent myself email from my personal webmail so I know I should be getting them. Why aren't they showing up anywhere?

put in a support ticket. Could also be they are full.. did you login thru horde?
