Thread: deficault mail client

Hi there

Am having trouble with client email, i did excactly what am supose to do by conecting word email my email address , cleint to send me email is problem, it show(couldnt perform the operation because the defficault mail client is not properly installed)

I have done this before and it was working good, now i dont no whare am going wrong, Please can someone help me with some i deas for me to fix that problem,

Most likely you need to use your Internet Providers mail protocols in outgoing mail. You didnt specify EXACTLY what your issue is.. but thats a wild guess based on numerous other questions on the same topic where mail once worked but now doesnt.

i can only recieve from from form wezard, but not from other email.

IN my website nex to phone numbers or click here e-mail (i insert the link mailto:info@zamundaafricanacrobats.com) but still not responding

What do you mean its NOT responding? It responds just fine on my computer.. i click it and it wants to send an email.

When u set up a link like this its the visitors email.. not yours that opens and puts in your address so they can type whatever they want in THEIR mail client.

i tried in default browser but it didnt work

It may not work in your preview.. it works on your site. If it doesnt work for you.. its because you dont have a default email client set up in IE.
