Thread: help please

Hi all, I hope you all well,


I jusr had an email bounced back with this message:

Domain consciouscreation.co.uk has exceeded the max emails per hour (300) allowed. Message discarded.

This was my first email of the day so am very confused about this one!

Any ideas?

You should log a complaint ticket with customer support. I had almost the same problem. Eventually it came down to bug in the system sometimes.

But the best will be to log a complaint ticket.
