Thread: Usage on Mail Account?

The usage in KB's on our e-mail account,or accounts, that we create for our website, in Cpanel. Is this usage, the amount of e-mails in the box, or what? I show one amount for my website, and another for my user account, yet however, when I go to check the mail, I see no messages, in the inbox. Have I got my e-mail account configured correctly? And if this is mail in my e-mail account, can someone help me obtain it?

Karen, I tried checking the spam box, as you suggested, in both Horde and RoundCube, and it did not work. But thanks for your help anyway.
