I would appreciate some assistance on the following issues:

1. Having set my both outlooks in the advance tab to the option "Leave a copy of the messages on server" so that I can receive the emails from both the home and office computers, my email quota was exceeded. Even when I increased the email quota on the server to 250 Mb it was exceeded again.
Is there a way I can receive my emails through both outlooks and then to be deleted automatically from the server?

2. How can I receive, copy or transfer the emails from which are now on the server to the outlook?

Any help on the matter will be appreciated.
