Hi guys I hope you can help me on this one I can not create a new pop e mail addy in c panel I have seen the sticky post and rewatched the tutorial but I keep getting this below no matter what password I enter it is not good enough I even used my login password for c panel. Even though it says account created when I go back there is no account. I know the password in the screen shot would be easy to crack but it is just an example to show what I have been getting. I hope you can help me thanks in advance for you sujestions. |

It means you must select a different password to create the account. If you are and it is still giving you errors.. submit a support ticket. Karen

| Thank you for your response Karen Mac. I have done as you suggested and submitted a support ticket. I will update this post as and when it is resolved. Thank You once again for your help. |

| This issue has now been resolved I needed to make my password at least 17 characters long. I got that idea from reading the security alert page tried one of the examples on that page and it worked so I changed it to my own 17 character password and were all good now. Thank you for your help This post can be locked |

17 characters! I would think if you add in some special characters, capital letters, or numbers it would would be a strong enough password at a shorter length. 17 is an awful long password to remember (heck my banking password only requires 8 characters)
