I have 4 email address for my web: pamelarmccabe.com. If I use your automatic email configuration method for Microsoft Outlook Express, do I select POP3 only or POP3 with SSL? I have tried and tried to configure outlook exp. myself to no avail. I have 2 forms and a guestbook that use sales@pamelarmccabe and pam@pamelarmccabe.com and although there appears to be communication, I have no messages in the received email. Is the information submitted to the forms received elsewhere- somewhere in the Cpanel? Why is this such a complicated procedure for all of us? Thank you for your help |

Just pop 3 no ssl. You can just click and it will autoconfig itself. I dont know WHY its a complicated process when the tutorials GIVE you everything. My guess is you are skipping a step. Have you tried loging into your mail thru cpanel, webmail? Karen
