Testing a contact form

Hello,

I have just created a contact form and published it to our site at http://ksdmarketingconsultants.com - everything seemed to publish fine until I started testing it. I was checking through Squirrel Mail and Horde and both show no mail.

This email was already set up in the CPanel, actually I deleted it and created a new one - nothing works. Hope someone can help. Thanks for your time.
