Thread: Can't send or receive emails

Hello, I've used the cpanel to set-up my email but in outlook express when I try to send/receive I get the following error.

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'info@ctkms.com', Server: 'voda36.voda36.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

or

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'info@ctkms.com', Server: 'mail.ctkms.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 26, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I've check the webmail and it is fully working.


Every thing seems to be set-up correctly in outlook. All suggestion would be appreciated.
