Thread: Can't reply or send mail.

Hello -

I've used the service for several months, and I have never had any problem with replying or sending mail until I went in to send e-mail today. I seem to be able to receive mail just fine, but can't reply or send e-mail. The mail comes back to me immediately undeliverable, and I get this message:

"A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
unrouteable mail domain "

I tried to reply to several e-mail messages and all were undeliverable with the same message.

Any ideas exactly how I need to fix this? =) Thanks in advance!

I am having the same problem, why? None of my email accounts are working at this time... In none of my two Vodahost accounts.

What is your domain, are you on 70.86.138.226??? If yes..we are working on it now.

I am having a similar problem. When people send me e-mail, the e-mail is bounced back. However, this is on a different ip: 70.86.224.210
The message they get is:
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<corneindutech@the-schuttes.org>:
host the-schuttes.org [70.86.224.210]: 550-Verification failed for <riaan@indutech.co.za>
550-unrouteable mail domain "indutech.co.za"
550 Sender verify failed

I was wondering if it is isolated to e-mails that are forwarded, but I just did a test sending email from GMAIL to my own e-mail address, and the same problem.
Error message in GMAIL (with e-mails addresses deleted):
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

deleted@the-schuttes.org

Technical details of permanent failure:
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 9): 550-Verification failed for <deleted******.com>
550-unrouteable mail domain "gmail.com"
550 Sender verify failed

Yes..we are working on it as I type...I will update.

Whether this is any help or not I don't know, but I suddenly started getting the following email error in late January:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'your_account',
Server:'your_SMTP_server', Protocol:SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): NO,
Socket error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800ccc0e
