    Question Certificate problems

I am using Thunderbird as my mail program. Everytime I go to send an email I get the following message.

I have uploaded the image 1 to my website as I have no idea how to include an image here. (can somebody tell me how)

After clicking "OK" at times the email gets sent and other times I get the error message in Image 2.

Is there a way I can avoid or get around this inconvenience?

Yes... you must SEND thru your isp most likely. OR verify your email address with them as you are HOOKING UP and transmitting thru them

most likely your outgoing smtp has to be set to use your internet providers. Who do you hook to the internet with?

Some mail servers further require you to AUTHENTICATE and VERIFY all email addresses before they will allow it to send thru. They send you an email. you click a link to verify.

Since i dont know who you use.. and it wouldnt matter as they each have their own setup.. i cant tell you.. you must contact them. The mail tutorials show you where and how to change this once you get the specifics of your isp .. like what their mail server is.. for instance smtp.yahoo.com

Thats whats being blocked by your connection. Since you are surfing hot spots and dont purchase an actual connection.. the firewalls are keeping you from accessing. Thats why if you purchase an internet connection they can help you configure THRU the firewalls.
