Thread: still can't send

I don't understand ***** if the email works for you ,why doesn't work for us .we still keep getting the same error message and still can't send.I have set it up exactly as you said I can't see any problem but still no go.Why are we able to recieve if something is wrong?Maybe We are just dumb
because we just can't figure it.Please help if you can

Try sending an email directly from your neomail in CP. If that works, then it is either your Outlook settings or your ISP blocking port 25. Test and see if you can send emails from CP

I don't know if this will help others ,but I finally got it right.
needed to change outgoing to mail.my ISP.com not mail.mywebsite.com
It seems to be working fine with this change
I hope this helps for others having the same problem
