Thread: Email swap

I have a website pinkysbridal.com. I closed the business. I asked the forum how I could get a new website I was told to buy an add on which I did. In the Cpanel I deleted the email pinky@pinkysbridal.com and added info@exquisitepageants.com. I cannot access the new email via the web because the first one is still listed in Cpanel as my webmail address. I also cannot receive emails but I can send them. I really want to get rid of my main domain and email alltogether. I can't put in a trouble ticket because it has the old email that I deleted. Someone please help

Submit a Support Ticket to have them sort it out and change your Account Records properly ... you'll need to be patient, though, as they most likely will get to it Monday.
