i have developed an email address customerservice@coastalanimalrescue.org when i send out the emails from this address we get the emails no problem. when i reply back to the above address we get nothing in the inbox. coastalanimalrescue.org is an add on domain - does that matter. i am baffled and need some help. |

No it doesnt matter.. what matters is what you are sending with and who... for instance most likely its your ISP that is sending mail and blocking you. Karen

Hi Mrmagoo, Sounds like you have the same problem I had. I could send mail but not receive it. I had one email account and eventually found out that by default it was set to reject incoming email or to forward it. I read this at the bottom of the "Email Accounts" page in control panel. I also discovered that it was automatically being used to capture something called unrouted mail. All I did was create another account and everything worked fine. Hope this helps. Teresa |
