Thread: webmail with limited rights for a sales staff

I have a salesman overseas for whom I added a separate email address and p/w so he may access his/our business related webmail.

However, I see now that if he wishes, he could do some changes to the webmail preferences, in fact he could change the password to that account.

Is it possible for me as administrator and owner to limit that, i.e allow only access to RoundCube and no access to p/w changes etc..?

Suggestions anyone?

Against TERMS OF SERVICE. If you want to have your own server you may do this.. but not on shared hosting.
