Thread: Outlook will send but not receive

Hello,

I have email working on roundcube and want to change it to use Outlook.

I watched the tutorial and read lots of questions on here but am still stuck.

My Outlook will send emails but not receive them. Can anyone help me? (in really simple wording!!)

Assuming my email address is mail@mydomain.com
and the password I set up for it in the CP is abc123

In Outlook

Put your name or company name at the top but these are the crucial settings:

User Name: mail+mydomain.com (notice I used a '+')
Password: abc123
Incoming Server pop3: mail.mydomain.com
Outgoing Server smtp: smtp.yourinternetprovider.com
