Thread: Unable to Login at Webmail

Hi, after setting up my email using the cPanel, I am unable to do a Webmail login. The instructions given in the cPanel :

"You can check the webmail for any account by logging into https://spectrumlearning.net:2096 with the full username (user@domain.com) and password for the email account or by clicking on the below icon.

Go to Webmail Login"

I tried both https://spectrumlearning.net:2096 and the hyperlink "Go to Webmail Login" (http://67.228.244.196:2082/xferwebmail/). On both websites, I was unable to get into my webmail.

www.yourdomain.com/webmail as your access point

Username - user@yourdomain.com
Password - What ever you gave it

I followed your suggestion using www.spectrumlearning.net/webmail. Unfortunately, I was still unable to login. The following is the message that I keep getting

"The server www.spectrumlearning.net at WebMail requires a username and password.
Warning: This server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection)."

If I follow this link www.spectrumlearning.net/webmail I get the pop up a box for a username and password. This looks normal!!

The email address (Username) and password, you say you have set up in your Cpanel. I would double check this. My instinct tells me you have a discrepancy between what you set up and what you are trying to use to access your webmail.

Thanks again for following up. I double checked the email ID and re-tried. Got the same error. I changed my password and still got the same error. So I deleted and created a new email ID. It worked! Don't know why but it works. I am happy.
