Thread: using outlook2003, I can receive email but cann't send it out

Using Outlook2003, I can receive emails, but cann't send it out.

I use an email: service@tcottowel.com and open it Outlook 2003.

Any solutions?

What I got back to service@tcottowel.com in Outlook 2003 are:
1. "Mail Delivery Failed"
2. my Auto Response
3. MS test message
"This is an e-mail message sent automatically by Microsoft Office Outlook's Account Manager while testing the settings for your POP3 account."

These are all the mess.

I don't know what happened, but I can use it now.
