Please help me...I`m going mad

I want to check emails by using squirrel.
I have clicked to auto load this webmail
I`ve sent a test message to the above email addy but there is nothing in the inbox
And there is this default mail called tradingf - this is my cpanel username. Is it also an email address?

What am I doing wrong?

This all so confusing...I seem to have 28 different usernames & passwords for everything

tradingf is my cpanel username and also my default email account
When I access Squirrel I`m logged in as tradingf

I have created a main email which is admin@tradingfootball.eu
What do I have to do to read emails sent to this address. They are not appearing in Squirrel
