Thread: Multiple Email forms

I have successfully set up 1 php contact form on my site. Is it possible to set up multiple contact forms from ny contact page? I made an attempt but always get only one form under the name of the most recent published form.

Not that I know of. You can use a number of I-Frames to call up each form which you make on individual pages.

Also have a read of this http://www.vodahost.com/vodatalk/blu...ther-page.html, something I posted a while ago which should help you. You can repeat this process according to the number of forms you want to use and if neccessary you can use the same success and error pages.

Maybe I didnt word this question correctly. I am just trying to link to different form pages from one contact page with 6 contacts. Each contact email link has its own form page. The problem is everytime I publish a page for one contact it renames all the contact form pages to the most recently published page.
