Thread: email missing or not received

I noticed that some of senders who sent email to my address sales@egtours.com

But message not arrived in my inbox. It may be missing. What can be the solution for this problem.

I'm having the same issue emails not being forwarded and it has happened twice before. I have submitted a ticket to support, hopefully they can fix it. I don't remember having this problem before they upgraded the #17 server.

I'm having the same problem. have just sent myself 3 emails to check it & they aren't appearing in webmail.
