Thread: Problem with Autoresponder

For whatever reason, my autoresponder stopped working today on my web ad, www.emedicare65.com/chathelp.php. It has been a couple of years since I created the ad and I have forgotten even how I initially added an autoresponder. So I need some basic help in how to find and correct the problem.

I am trying to add Autoresponder to mine for the 1st time but don't know which character set to use, however I can tell you where to find it :)
Under your CPanel, in Mail is Autoresponder.
As for the rest I don't know but hopefully you may figure it out once you are in there, good luck!
