Thread: All working ok, but get an error message?

Hi, i have a contact us form on the site & recive emails ok, via the login email area & from home. But when i go through cpannel to my email AC:, i get error messages Failed on most of my emails.
Whats this mean? as i am getting all my emails.

Just trying to get a clear picture;

You can access your e-mail account via the site (yoursite.com/webmail)
and then login - youremailaccountname@yoursite.com

and you can check your e-mails and infact recieve e-mails in this account just fine?

I don't get "and from home"

When you go to e-mail via c-panel- do you;
click on Webmail and then click on the Squirrel Mail (or Neo) to access your account

or

click on Mail > Manage/add/remove Accounts > *Choose an e-mail account >Read Mail
