There you can choose from...]]> This is just a small trick to make your website load faster.
What you will need? PhotoShop.

So make an image in BV or PhotoShop. Something like logo or what ever.
If you made it in BV, open that image in PhotoShop, and then go to - File->Save for Web & Devices...
There you can choose from many options. Making your image JPG, PNG, GIF and many more. You will see what is the weight of that image as well. Chioose the one you like, and click on Save.

I always use this on my website, and it helps to load website even 3 times faster than original.
