			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>I'm not a VodaHost customer yet, but I will as soon as my hostplan with fatcow expires, until then I have been working with the bluevoda program wich I think is really fantastic, I have been trying to work with html and javascript I mean copying code from several script providers who tel me to copy this code into the head or at the end or body of my html, but I cant seem to be able to do this, I cant find the head, body or end on the html boxes can some one direct me to it? However, by selecting the html box and clicking the right buton I can see a before, inside and after tag tabs. will this be the same as head, body and and of the html? couse I have tried thiswith no results. some one?</div>

What you will need? PhotoShop. 
 
So make an image in BV or PhotoShop. Something like logo or what ever. 
If you made it in BV, open that image in PhotoShop, and then go to - File->Save for Web & Devices...

There you can choose from many options. Making your image JPG, PNG, GIF and many more. You will see what is the weight of that image as well. Chioose the one you like, and click on Save.<br />

I always use this on my website, and it helps to load website even 3 times faster than original.<br />
