Because I am living in the Netherlands I want to have a domain with .nl.
Is this possible, or must I use the available domainnames that BV offers me.
If yes, wich domainname is proper to me to use (it is a general website with different subjects), otherwise, can I buy this domainname in the Netherlands and use it in BV?
I have noticed that similar questions are ask earlyer, but I can't make any sense of the answers. I have no experience with websites and I have difficulties with translations.
Please help me in simple explanations.

I have two questions. So the first one is:
I bought a new domain two days ago, I emailed vodaSupport and they said that I have to wait 60 days for domain transfer. And they told me to point the domains to VH servers. I did that and I was able to use my domain, upload stuff, make subdomains, emails. So here is the question: What does transfer changes? Can it stay like this, or do I have to transfer that domain to VodaHost?

Second question:
How can I view AwStats for my new domain? To avoid a lapse in time between the old and the "new" site (which I'm building) I'd like them to review what I've designed without replacing the existing site. How can I do this while the site is offline? I was advised by support to point the DNS server to vodahost but then this compromises my objective? Any other ideas? I've been researching the forum for a few hours.

I got the email back with all the info I needed and it said it would probably take from 24 to 72 hours before the transfer was complete.
