I have created contact page form.I have created thankyou.bvp page for success page. But it gives error, I watched the tutorial but I couldn't find my mistake. Pls help my domain is www.nertontrading.com

Do I need to create a DB with the forms to work?

Hi,
Had been trying many times to built and use the forms.

Created form and publish ok no problem

Then I submit and will not receive any form notifications on the email I inputted.

And where is the form data?

Hi, please can someone tell me how to create an auto reply when customers complete the website form on my website. The customers would fill in the web form on my website, click the submit button and reach the confirmation page - this works fine. But I would like them to receive an email as well to thank them for registering. How do I do this so it is an automatic process?

I am putting together my new site. I am working with a contact form. I have it working correct. It is taking info and sending to my designated email. But I am having two issues that I cannot figure out.

First one is when I get the contact to my email it is sent from my email (sales@pureprohome.com). On my old site it is sent from whatever email they listed. That way I just have to hit reply to reply, not retrieve the address and start new message.

Two, for some reason when I get the contact it is listing the contact information out of order. It is not because of tab order either. Again my old site it comes over to me in tab order.

A sort of calculating form

Hi everybody,

To be short I want to create some sort of calculating form with 3 radio buttons, one field to input figures, calculate button and a result field. Here is an example: you input a certain number, eg. 1000, then select a first radio button and hit calculate button, the result should be 73% from 1000. When you select a second radio button you receive 70% and the third button should be 69% from the figure you input.

Please let me know if I can create it using BlueVoda forms, actually I couldn't find smth similar I described

contact page not updating

Hi, I am trying to update my contact page but after publishing, it's not updating. I have inserted the no cache code into the html of the page but still nothing. Its www.cakeladycakes.com/contact.php online but its saved as contact.bvp in bluevoda. not sure why?
Any ideas?

Im looking put a form so someone can sign up for a newsletter. How do I do this?

When I put it on the site, I can see it in the preview, but not when published

BlueVoda seems to have the potential to create what I am looking for but I do not know how to achieve it on my own:) I have searched the Forum and cannot seem to find info which will help me achieve desired results. (I hope I have no overlooked something:)

doesn't let me scroll down till the end of the page in editing a *.bvp file in bluevo

I've been trying to work on this attached MGVideoClipsBookYourSession.bvp
and when trying to scroll down all the way to the end of the file to finish editing and design the page with the form - maybe because its a very long page? do u have a limit on the length ? it doesn't let me ..... try to open in blue voda this attached file and see if u can scroll down all the way to the end of the page to finish working on the form.
it tooks me so long to create the form and I need this page to be up and running asap.
to see how it looks like I published the MGVideoClipsBookYourSession.php file - so scroll down and u can see the problem - but it doesn't let me fix it in blue voda - HELPPPPPPPP PLS!!!!!

Multiple Forms on Same Page

Quick history, while I am not a programmer, I am aware how to create form pages that do work.

I am trying something new however. I have a form page that has 4 different forms areas. Form1, form2, form3, etc. Each form area is for each of my four regions so customers can input thier email, click submit, and go to the success page which is a coupon page for that region. I am hoping I do not have to create 4 seperate form pages.

My issue right now is that while each of the 4 forms work and each form area has it's own information and success/error page, the result of clicking "Submit" on any form takes me to the success page of the first form I have listed, regardless of which form on the page I use.

So my question is... Am I trying the impossible and should only use one form area per page? Or am I doing something wrong with my settings?
