I see my page but with a whole lot of script as well and when i fill up the form a nd 'send'... nothing happens. The page and form on .php extension without the date picker works fine??? how can i sort it out? Or do any of you guys have a date picker that I could use???

Captcha worked at first, then quit working. I fixed again, then it quit working again. (I'm very frustrated and trying to figure out what link I am needing to fix...what am I doing wrong???) Please help!?

(I apologize in advance, but have tried to search for a solution that works for me and have been unable to find one...)

Secondly, the combobox box allows for several selections, but when the information is emailed, only one selection shows. How do I fix this to show all selections?

i'v made a form with 2 pages.
I got my pages, uploaded them to my server.
i click the link for the first page of my form, filled in the information and click the next button and get this error Interal Error 500 plus a 404 error.
What step am i missing that i can't get to my second page??

It looks nothing like the screen shot on the adobe file which I see a link on how to create a database. I am getting really frustrated. All I want is to be able to make required fields required. In one form I have created it works without any problems. In a new form I created where ALL of the settings are exactly the same, it still allows empty forms to be submitted.

I really do not know why it is not working. I have had this captcha problems before and navaldesign fixed it for me. I am using ABVFP on a different domain name this time. I spent hours and hours figuring out what is wrong. I went through the codes multiple times to see if any of the html codes are missing or not properly structured. I also compared the captcha on my new form with my old one.

I gave up. I am going to be really embarrassed if its something really simple.

Note that the thank you page and error page worked fine without the captcha. Error page displayed all the necessary errors. But when I put in the correct captcha and intentionlly did not fill out one of the required fields, it only said....

"The verification code you have entered is not correct! Please go back and try again."

It didn't even state that I did not fill out the require field. Any advice of what kind of troubleshooting I should do next would be appreciated.

I've entered data into the combo box, but when I preview the site, the dropdown box isn't visible to make a selection from.

Currently I have an image background set through page properties, and a green square shape on top of that. All elements of the page are sitting on top of the square shape. However, the only thing that won't show up is the combobox (drop down list). It will show up however if I move it directly on top of the background.

How can I make it work?

I opened the file and found the the language set is nothing but "CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_unicode_ci", and editted my database and set all text field to be utf8_unicode_ci.
