i can't publish or log in to fpt

Do you have an account wtih Voda Host?

If yes- are you using the correct IP address, user name and password provided in your welcome letter?

Are you using the FTP Manager in the BV Web builder program?

yes,my account expired and i renewed it this morning,i can log into cp but not ftp and publish sites

Well- have you the latest version of BV Web-builder? That will have the latest IP addresses. Loging into cpanel is direct as you are already at the server. Using the FTP program or publishing relys on you knowing / using the correct IP address.

He's got 4 or 5 or more threads going - makes it impossible for anyone to help him. He was upset - and had let his own domain expire - I explained it to him last night - he now says he paid this morning but it's a good chance that everything hasn't gotten turned around to get him back in yet -

But he just starts new thread after new thread after new thread - instead of submitting a support ticket and giving it time - I mean it was expired for a week - but he wants instant gratification.

Sorry, I get pesty sometimes !!!!
