Thread: help with publishing

i watched the tutorial on publishing but it didnt answer my question. in the publishing box where u put ur ip it came ur with a few but didnt match or nearly match my ip what should i do ?

Download the latest versionof BV Web builder and your IP address should then appear. SImply download and install. You will not loose any info or files when you do so. You can find the latest version of BV here:

i am still having trouble with it i installed the download but my ip is still not on there i an using wireless would that make any difference?

No- wireless should not be a problem. There were a few customers lately that were switched to another server and thus have a new IP address- were you affected by that change? There should have been an email that was sent to you. Check this thread and see if it applies to you (try the IP address)
