Thread: Problem receiving emails!

Hi all,

My domain name is www.georgesutherland.com and I have a problem receiving emails on outlook 2003. I have no problem sending emails from the email address but cannot receive emails sent from either my website contact page or my separate regular email address to the address (info@georgesutherland.com). If anyone could help I would be most grateful.

Try configuring your outgoing mail on the new account you set up in your outlook 2003 for your domain mail, as the server (same smtp handler) who handles your mail ... perhaps this is what you have incorrect?

Thanks for your advise. Living in Ireland my service provider is eircom. Therefore I entered smpt.eircom.net in the appropriate box. However this doesn't work either. I'm a bit of a novice at this so don't know if what I did is correct.

I am certain you've watched the tutorials ... all I can really recommend is to watch them again for outlook 2003 and continue to troubleshoot.

Go and delete that one and make another right from scratch again .... hopefully it will kick in and start to work ....

and outgoing try
mail.georgesutherland.com or smtp.ericom.net (well you tried that)
