my forms in www.nationwidemovingpros.com

i am not receiving all the fields only some-

anyone know a shortcut so I can receive the data in some type of order without having to redo each form?

To fix the order you receive the info, select the filed that you want first, and then click on the icon "Bring in Fron". Repeat the procedure for all the fields, in the order you want the info.

About not receiving some fileds: You have some fields unnamed (especially checkboxes) and some textarea fields have the same name (probably because you have copy / pasted). Check your form fields names and you will be ok. Each field must have a unique name.
