Thread: letterbox on form is too small

Very small, also When you click submit, the page cannot be found.

I have watched the tutorials, but could not get my answers from there.

You have probably installed and used BV 9.01 or 9.02 that, indeed, had this problem. Please

1. Uninstall it.
2. Delete cached Files from your Internet Explorer
3. Download and install the new BV 9.03 , please Click Here

Then open your page, look if everything is ok, and save / publish again.

Although when you click the submit button, it still cannot find the page. I want it to be sent to my email.

You have created and published a "thankyou.php" page, but in the form you still have, as action, "action.php". So you either change the form action to be "thankyou.php" (and then save and republish the form page) or you save your "thankyou" page as "action(and then republish).
