About LinkBacksI have tried everythin gand my form still isn't working. Can someone look at my code and tell me what is wrong? I have already tried watching the videos and I did everything the way I was supposed to.

Your submit button has NOT been defined as submit, but as simple button, so it doesn't do anything. Change it.

Double click the button, and when the Properties dialog box appears, set the type to "submit". Please watch the Forms tutorial, it is pretty well explained there.
