Thread: Form not showing text in email

Trying to update my form, created a whole new enrollment page and followed setup from my old page, new page arrives by email but it's blank. Has something changed in the new version of software? Appreciate any help.

Set the encoding type in "multipart/form-data". I checked your form Tabbing order, and it seems correct So also the info will arrive in the correct order.
