Thread: Help with a form

Hello, All,

My domain is www.snellvilledbestrestaraunts.com, and I am working on the sub-domain, www.southern-promos.com. I cannot get my Order Request page to send the form. When I fill out the form for a test, it goes to a "Page can not be found". Please look at it and let me know what I am doing wrong.

Seems like you have used the name "thankyou" for your action page. Open your form page in BV, set the form action in "thankyou.php", save, publish, refresh the page in your browser, and test it.
