Form Help Please

I have my Outlook 2003 set up to receive email from my CONTACT US page however, it is not receiving ANY email from anyone. I clicked on the TEST ACCOUNT SETTINGS button after setting up the POP3 page and all tests completed successfully......any ideas where to go from here?

One reason is because your thank you page is named action, it should have the ecact same name as your contact page which in your case is contactus.

Your script page is "action.php" and the form action is correctly set to be "action.php". At this point, there are two things that might be happening:

1. You have not placed your own email address in the script, so no email is sent.
2. You have not placed at all the php script in your "action" page
3. The email gets blocked. This last case can be easily verified because you must have bouncing messages returned to you.
